ANNE MORTIMER, RMS (Born 1958)

Anne Mortimer is recognised as one of the finest contemporary painters of cats in the world. In addition, she is also an accomplished painter of birds and plants. She has won an honourable mention for her work in these subjects from the Royal Society of Miniature Painters of which she is a member. She is also a member of the Society of Botanical Artists, and has exhibited with the Society of Illustrators, USA.

Anne's work has been reproduced as home decor products including fabrics, china, collector plates, tinware, needlecraft and stationary. Her licences include Wedgwood, Danbury Mint, Coverleaf, RSPB, WH Smith, Marks & Spencer, and in the USA, companies such as Mosaic Designworks, Hendostone Products, Santa Barbara Ceramic Design, Sunsout Puzzles and the Toy Works.
